The standard family room was spotless, had climate control, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location couldn't be more exceptionally nice close to a bus stop. The jewel in the crown was especially helpful staff.

The staff were very very nice and really good and the pool area was nice. The unit we got was big with mold in the bathrooms, large bath, as for instance.

The hotel is big with a massive pool and the view is fine. It's just a minute's walk to the beach, super convenient. The staff were really good too help me book a bus since the website was only in spanish.

All good - we loved this low budget hotel - the food was delicious and the staff were very-very nice. The room was big size when upgraded with large bath and the fridge, as example. The beach restaurant was reasonably priced with a lot of meals in the menu.

The beachfront location offered fine views right outside my room. I loved that I could step onto the sand in seconds. Staff were friendly, especially Nina, who helped with local recommendations. The pool area seemed like a tropical oasis with lush greenery surrounding it. My room had a patio that was great. The absence of food options on-site was disappointing. The only nearby places were a bit of a walk, around 7-10 minutes away. While the hotel's cleanliness was commendable, the rooms themselves were quite basic and felt outdated. I encountered issues with hot water-it was inconsistent , which impacted my comfort. A mini-mart on the premises would have made a big difference, especially since the swim-up bar was closed. For the price I paid, I expected more amenities.

The room was well decorated with a nice bed and with enough storage to unpack. Good service, though a few employees were aggressive. The vibe here was family.

Location's just perfect, y'all! Steps away from the beach, and I'm tellin' ya, the sun loungers by the pool were a blessin'. Now, the breakfast needed some kick, felt kinda samey every mornin'. Just a heads up, the shower had a stubborn leak! Still, I soaked up some good times. Can't wait to come back!
